- Our process is secure and your information is kept confidential.
- You must be a residential homeowner or renter.
- None of your previous accounts can be in arrears.
- Your request is processed in two business days.
- Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Please note: Gas service cannot be turned on without access to the meter and natural gas appliances. If this is a multiunit residential or commercial building, your meter and natural gas appliances may require a separate key, because they may be located in a restricted area (e.g., basement or utility room).
Please check with your management company or owner before your appointment to be able to provide access to both your meter and natural gas appliances.
Also, submitting a service request does not mean we can start service. If we have issues with your request, we will contact you, which may delay processing.
